M

For at least the last ten years, it’s been a struggle for me to manage to own both a film and a digital camera (with interchangeable lenses) at the same time.  Around 2012, I was using a full Nikon system (F3/D700 + lenses) but when I decided to switch to a Leica Q Digital, I […]

Till we meet again

Time’s been moving slow. Sometimes even backwards. Took me two months to gather up enough color rolls to develop. So now, it’s Xmas again. Back and forth we go. Till we meet again, here’s some photos. ╱╲❀╱╲╱╲❀╱╲╱╲❀╱╲ «Οι μοιραίοι»: 𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁 𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁 𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁 Russian camera witchcraft: New Year’s Eve: 𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁𐄙𐄁 Working gal: Me, inside the house: […]

August hangs + Street

Various shots from here and there around Athens in August, shot on Kentmere 400 (pushed to 1600), Kentmere 100 and Delta 100. I’ve picked out the street shots from all 3 films and added them to a “Street” section in the end :)   Love this long exposure from the concert of the Kalogerakis Bros […]

Urbanité

As usual, I was waiting to shoot at least 5-6 B&W films before mixing a fresh batch of XTOL to develop them. So, some of the photos are recent and others were shot sometime in the past 2-3 months, even dating back to the quarantine in spring. Enjoy :) 2 x Ilford HP5 pushed to […]

4 black and whites, finally

I FINALLY developed my first black and whites in the new apartment :) 1 Ilford Delta 100 & 3 Kodak T-max 400. The Ilford was developed in HC-110 (dilution H), but I wasn’t very happy with the results (I think my HC-110 is going bad, if that’s even possible). The 3 T-max were developed in […]

Neon Motel Photoshoot

I’ve been very excited to use my recently acquired flash gels on color film. This motel shoot was the perfect opportunity. I think they came out great :) Shot with the M7 and the SF-20 Flash. Part of the new series: NEON MOTEL Roll 1: Kodak Portra 160 & a leftover shot with a Delta […]

Syros, Part 2: color

The color films from our Easter trip are finally back from the lab (took forever because of the two slide films at the end of the post, which were worth it). Here are the photos :) – WARNING – LONG POST (10 rolls in total) – Roll 1: Kodak Portra 400 (mostly from the ferry […]
